Following a Championship winning 2015/2016 Juniors football season, the Tamaki Lightning juniors finished the 2016/17 season by narrowly losing in the semi finals. After a hiatus last season the Tamaki Lightning Juniors are looking to rebuild  and compete in future seasons, providing an opportunity for boys aged 14 - 16 to play American Football and compete for another Auckland Championship. The sport of American football has requirements for players of all body types and abilities. If you are interested in trying out this exciting sport, please get in touch with us. We look forward to working with the local high schools to making this work. 

 

Team fees for Juniors are $90 per player and this covers registration with the AFA, equipment rental and club membership. 

Trainings will take place at the Pakuranga Rugby Club (78 Bells Road - Lloyd Elsmore Park).
