After a championship win in the 2017/18 season the club is looking at regaining the title for this year. The Lightning have historically been very successful in this grade and we look forward to offer the opportunity for young men aged 17 - 19 to play the sport of American Football this upcoming season. The sport of American football has requirements for players of all body types and abilities. If you are interested in trying out this exciting sport, please get in touch with us. We look forward to working with the local high schools to making this work. The Tamaki Lightning has a proud history of successful youth teams, with many players in the current Seniors squad having come from this system. 

 

Team fees for Colts are $90 per player and this covers registration with the AFA, equipment rental and club membership. Trainings will take place at the Pakuranga Rugby Club (78 Bells Road - Lloyd Elsmore Park).
